$19.00 – $24.00 per hour
The primary responsibilities of our Infant/Toddler Teachers are to support the developmental milestones with each child as they learn through their first year and a half. Our priority for each day is creating a unique and stimulating environment of play, music, and language repetition; including the use of stories, blocks, table toys, music, and movement. Teachers provide supervision outside of the classroom by utilizing our infant play areas and taking children on walks. Teachers will also assist with feeding and general infant care throughout the day. All materials and lesson plans will be provided.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Love working with the younger years, especially infants-1.5 years old
- Have a strong passion and calling to impact children’s lives
- Have the Infant/Toddler, Assistant Teacher, and Lead Teacher courses completed, or be willing to complete necessary coursework
- Have experience working in the fields of early childhood, especially with infants/toddlers
- Ability to foster teamwork and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Hold a high school degree or equivalent
