4K Teacher
$21.00 – $26.00 per hour
The primary responsibilities of our 4K Teachers are to teach the provided curriculum to our 4K students and provide an enriching classroom experience. 4K Teachers will also support our preschool/daycare program by supervising preschool children, accompany children on field trips, assist with meals and snacks, and lead daily activities including indoor/outdoor games, craft projects and much more. All materials and lesson plans will be provided.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Have a strong passion and calling to impact children’s lives
- Have the Assistant and Lead Teacher courses completed or be willing to complete necessary coursework
- Hold a bachelor’s in Education or Early Childhood with a minimum of a two-year degree
- Have experience working the fields of early childhood or education
- Ability to foster teamwork and thrive in a collaborative environment
