Summer Camp Teacher

Do you have a desire to make a difference in the life of children, while working in an engaged, dynamic, warm and nurturing environment? If so, then come join our fun and energetic summer camp team! Education majors are encouraged to apply!

The primary responsibilities of our summer camp teachers are supervising school age children, accompanying children on field trips, assisting with snacks, and leading daily activities including indoor/outdoor games, craft projects, and much more! All materials and lesson plans will be provided.

Our summer camps are some of the most popular camps in the Madison area and sell out quickly! Each week of our camps has a theme that includes indoor and outdoor games, craft projects and weekly field trips. Learn more about our dynamic summer camps at www.madisonsummercamp.com. Summer camps begin June 16th and end August 29th, with an earlier orientation date.

Requirements:

• Experience with childcare preferred but not necessary 
• Coursework in early childhood or child development is preferred but not required
• Willing to complete required certifications and coursework within 90 days of employment
• Demonstrated team player 
• Good communication skills
