Hours 9:00 am – 6:00pm (hour break)

Kids Junction Learning Center teaches the basics of Christian morals and character.  Our desire is to make a life-long difference in the lives of children and their families.  Kids Junction employs 70-90 permanent and seasonal staff members, 4 Directors and has capacity for 400 children.  We are conveniently located inside of the Princeton Club West complex.

The primary responsibility of this position is to welcome kids as they arrive at our center for after school/summer camp; help serve snacks, supervise and engage with children during station time and gym time. All supplies and materials are provided.

During the school year, this position will perform float responsibilities in our preschool center before the after-school program starts.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• 2-year degree in early childhood or a related field or have completed the Infant/Toddler, Assistant Teacher and Lead Teacher Courses (or willing to complete the necessary requirements).
• Experience in the fields of early childhood or education preferred (but not required).
• Must demonstrate a passion for helping children develop and grow
• Demonstrated team player
• Excellent communication skills
