The primary responsibilities of our floaters are to provide daily classroom and operational support. Floats play an integral part of our team and work in multiple classes with all ages to help assist in the daily operations and needs of our center. Floats may also provide supervision outside of the classroom by utilizing our playgrounds and designated areas within the Princeton Club. We have multiple openings that include part-time or full-time and opening or closing shifts! Pay rate is based on education, experience, and Registry level.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Have a strong passion and calling to impact children’s lives
- Have the Infant/Toddler, Assistant Teacher and Lead Teacher course or be willing to complete necessary coursework
- Have experience working the fields of early childhood or education, especially in a licensed facility
- Flexible and demonstrated team player
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be age 18 years or older
